This page introduces you to ‘Da Kaddu’* a cartoon strip on Indian Corporate citizens and their work-culture. The imaginary Company is an Indian multi-national dealing with Engineering, Real-Estate and Investments.

Let me introduce the Characters introduced in the strip so far. More interesting characters would emerge as the series progresses. As and when more characters show up they will get added in this page.

Kaddu: the protagonist of the series is the ubiquitous, Desi Angrezi speaking, Indian Corporate Citizen and found almost in every organization. He cares more about his EMI than his BMI. Da Kaddu is the Manager reporting to Fuddu.

Fuddu: The perfectionist boss with a twisted sense of humour, low patience threshold and a high libido.

gIIMy: A promising young MBA and sidekick of da Kaddu. He has exceptionally high analytical capacity and a theoretical solution to everything. He also believes there’s no ‘I’ but IIM in a tIIMwork.

Rosemary ( or Rojmeri as da Kaddu calls her) : The sassy secretary of the office, a fashion savvy, health conscious, multitasking smart lady.

Please accustom yourself to the ICA [Indian Corporate Angrezi] which Da Kaddu speaks, for better understanding. For the uninitiated replacing ‘The’ with ‘Da’ may be a good start.

I am a huge fan of Dilbert and I am heavily influenced by the dry Scott Adamsque humour, so if any similarity is found with Dilbert I would consider myself honoured 🙂
